●普通罗茨泵工作原理
Working principle of normal Roots pump
●采用8字形转子与两个半圆形泵体。
Adopt 8 shape rotor and two semicircular pump body.
●该泵不能单独排气,只能与真空泵、旋片泵等串联配套使用
The pump can not exhaust gas alone, can only be used in series with vacuum pump, rotary vane pump, etc.
●可提高前级真空泵真空度,在有效的工作区域能够提高(系统)抽气速率。

●气冷式罗茨泵工作原理
Working principle of air-cooled Roots pump
●采用梅花形转子与两个半圆形泵体,依靠转子的挤压而产生较高的流速与压差。
Using a quincunx-shaped rotor and two semicircular pump bodies, depending on the extrusion of the rotor to produce a higher flow rate and differential pressure.
●部分排气口气体经过换热器冷却后回流对罗茨泵转子与泵体进行冷却,因此能长期工作。

●可形成5×10-2Pa~10×105Pa压差,可在高压差下长期稳定地工作。

●水环真空泵工作原理
Working principle of water ring vacuum pump
●叶轮偏心地安装在椭园形泵体内。当叶轮按图示箭头方向旋转时,因离心力的作用,注入泵内的液体被甩向泵体内壁,形成一个形状与泵体相似,厚度接近相等的液环。随叶轮一起旋转的液环内表与叶轮轮毂之间形成一个月牙形的空间,当叶轮由A点转到B点时,两相邻叶片之间所包围的容腔逐渐增大,气体由外界吸入;当叶轮由C点转到A点时,相应的容腔由大变小,使原先吸入的气体受到压缩,当压力达到大气压力时,气体被排出。
The impeller is installed eccentrically in the oval pump casing. When the impeller rotates in the direction of the arrow shown on the casing, the liquid in the pump is thrown to the inner casing of the pump due to centrifugal force, forming a liquid ring of similar shape to the pump casing and nearly equal thickness. A crescent-shaped space is formed between the inner surface of the liquid ring rotating with the impeller and the impeller hub. When the impeller is transferred from point A to point B, the cavity surrounded by two adjacent blades gradually increases, and the gas is inhaled from the outside. When the impeller from point C to point A, the corresponding cavity from large to small, so that the original inhaled gas is compressed, when the pressure reaches the atmospheric pressure, the gas is discharged.

●气冷罗茨泵大多采用变频调速电机,以避免启动时出现过载。
Air-cooled Roots pump mostly adopts frequency conversion speed regulating motor to avoid overload when starting.
●罗茨泵设有两个回流口,它充分对转子及泵体冷却,气体回流量(5-12.5%,根据进出口差压大小自动调节)。
Roots pump is equipped with two reflux mouth, it fully cooling the rotor and pump body, gas flow back (5-12.5%, according to the size of the import and export differential pressure automatically adjusted).
●罗茨泵轴承冷却水直接与水气换热器进、排出口相连,无需外接水源。

●在系统中加装水气换热器:一是对混合气体冷却,减少热量传递;二是使混合气体中的水蒸气迅速凝结成水,从而大大提高了真空泵的出力。

蒸汽喷射真空系统
Steam injection vacuum system
蒸汽喷射器,属于真空泵的一种,属于质量泵,也称蒸汽喷射泵或射汽抽气器,曾广泛应用于100MW以下机组的真空系统。优点是在高真空时能保证其抽吸特性。
动力蒸汽进入喷 嘴中产生压降,该压力能立即转换成速度能,以超音速通过椎体部分前端的混合喷嘴,使混合喷嘴内形成高真空,将凝汽器内的气汽混合物抽吸过来,并随同高速蒸汽一起进入扩散器;在扩散器中,蒸汽的流速降低,压力增加至设计值(水冷机组12~15kPa,直接空冷机组约24~28kPa)。
Steam ejector, a kind of vacuum pump, belongs to the Mass Pump, also known as steam jet pump or steam ejector, has been widely used in the vacuum system of 100MW units below. The advantage is that the suction characteristics can be guaranteed at high vacuum.
Power steam into the nozzle to produce pressure drop, the pressure can be immediately converted into speed energy, supersonic through part of the vertebral body at the front of the mixing nozzle, so that high vacuum is formed in the mixing nozzle, the air vapor mixture in the condenser suction, and along with the high-speed steam into the diffuser. In the diffuser, the flow rate of steam decreases and the pressure increases to the design value (12 to 15 kPa for water cooling units and about 24 to 28 kPa for air cooling units).
